My family originally comes from the village Zura. Currently, my three brothers and I are working in Bhuj with our bell craft. There are many artisans here who make bells, so our family has focused on other items like chimes and candle stands in addition to making small copper bells.
Currently, the craft market has increased in Kachchh but because of this the quality of products is slowing going down and competition between artisans is increasing. My three brothers still do lots of good work with our traditional craft, but I am shifting from bell craft to carpentry work to make a living.
